Come talk through your floor
Where we do the actual math with you. Bring the part, the cycle time, and the shift you can’t staff, and we’ll tell you straight whether it fits.
You know the labor situation isn’t getting easier. You know your best people shouldn’t be babysitting machines. But walking into a capital project on your own is a lot.
Free show pass
We cover the exhibit hall pass. Tell us who you are and we’ll send your registration code over, and set a time to meet at booth 236329 if you want one.

Someone from our team will email you a registration code that covers your exhibit hall pass, along with a time to meet if you asked for one. Here’s where to point yourself in the meantime.
We’ll only use your details to send your pass, set up a meeting, and share the occasional automation insight. Unsubscribe anytime. See our Privacy Policy.
Come find us. One is ours, one is a live cell running inside KUKA’s. Just come look and ask your questions. Neither one takes long.

KUKA + EMAG Running live KUKA booth · North Building

A KUKA robot tending an EMAG grinding machine, cycle after cycle. Not a rendering, not a slide. The same setup you’d actually run on your line.
Every clip on this page is footage from a running Formic machine tending cell
A trade show is full of promises. Very few of them are moving. The test we’d apply if we were walking the aisles instead of standing in them: is there a part in the chuck right now, and did a robot put it there? At the KUKA booth, yes on both.
A machine only earns while the spindle is turning, and most of them stop for reasons that have nothing to do with the machine: breaks, lunch, shift change, and every stretch where the person loading it is across the aisle running something else. A robot doesn’t take those. You are not buying a faster cycle, you are buying back the hours around it.
The spindle never waits on a person The cell runs straight through breaks, lunch, and shift change. Nobody has to be standing at the door for the machine to keep cutting.
Loading a chuck is not why you hired them. No fixture changes between part numbers means the robot absorbs the repetition without creating new setup work, and your people run more machines and catch problems earlier.
Lights-out through the back half of the night, or a third shift you were never going to fill. The parts are in the tray when the floor comes back in.
The tray gets staged. The cell runs it down. Somebody swaps the tray when it’s empty and goes back to work that needs a person.
One tray, one run, no babysitting Robots-as-a-Service, which mostly means the part everyone dreads is not yours. We own the cell and maintain it. You run parts.
No capex
You are not buying a robot. There is no capital request to build, no committee to walk it through, no depreciation schedule to defend.
Flat rate
A flat monthly rate you can put next to a labor line and compare directly. It does not move when the cell needs service.
We own it
Installation, programming, spares, uptime, all ours. You get the output. If it is down, that is our problem to solve, not your maintenance team’s.
If you’ve been putting the automation conversation off, that’s fair. It usually starts with a capital project, a committee, and a number somebody has to go defend. This doesn’t.
We’ll show you exactly how the Robots-as-a-Service model works: what it costs, what it doesn’t cost you upfront, and whether it fits your floor. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you that too.
One tray swap, then back to work
