Formic Named to Lorimer Ventures’ Builder List Following Record Year

Formic has been named to Lorimer Ventures’ inaugural 2026 Builder List, following a year of record growth and automation deployments across U.S. manufacturing. In 2025, Formic increased deployments fivefold, building the largest independent robot fleet in the United States. The company also surpassed 500,000 production hours, moving 468 million pounds of product with 99.3% system uptime. As Lorimer Ventures noted, the results are “best-in-class.”

But the Builder List isn’t just about companies. It recognizes the operators behind them. Four Formicans were recognized for the work they do every day to make automation easier and more attainable for U.S. manufacturers.

Sylvia Domanico, Formic’s Midwest Automation Sales Manager, added more than $1 million in ARR in her first year. Her success reflects a deep belief in Formic’s model, ensuring manufacturers don’t just deploy automation, but succeed and grow with it.

Danielle Vigent, Formic's Solutions Engineer, brings a deep understanding of automation deployment because that’s where she started. She now leads a cross-functional team of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers alongside field technicians to deploy robots quickly and efficiently.

Molly Garrison, Formic’s Head of Customer Success, brings a shop-floor perspective to Formic’s mission. After years in manufacturing, she saw firsthand how underutilized production data often was. She now leads the development and adoption of Formic Production Intelligence, ensuring customers continuously improve and capture the full value of automation.

Jack Wagler, Formic’s CFO, brings more than 30 years of startup experience. Joining Formic in 2020, he built the company’s financial infrastructure within its first five months, laying the foundation that powers Formic’s Full Service Automation model and rapid growth.

The Builder List recognizes people building things that matter. At Formic, that means making automation easier and more accessible for manufacturers across the United States.

We’re proud to see these Formicans recognized, and proud of the work they do every day to help American manufacturing grow.
