What is Formic Fast Track?
Fast Track automates your entire end of line, not just one station. Case erecting, packing, sealing, and palletizing run as one connected line, scoped and installed together, for one flat monthly fee. No CapEx, no integrator hand-offs, no separate contracts for each machine.
We already automated palletizing. Why add Fast Track?
Palletizing was step one. Most lines still have manual erecting, packing, or sealing feeding into that palletizer, and those stations carry the same labor and consistency problems palletizing solved. Fast Track connects the rest of the line so the gains you already saw don't stop at one station.
How is this different from adding another standalone robot?
Standalone robots get scoped, quoted, and installed one at a time, often through different vendors. Fast Track scopes the full line as a single system under one contract and one monthly rate. Stations are engineered to work together, so handoffs between erecting, packing, sealing, and palletizing are built in from day one.
